About the Artist
Pontus Rufelt

Pontus is a young composer, residing in the very south of Sweden. He started out making music for games and has provided additional music for titles such as ”Marvel Super Hero Squad” and ”Mecho Wars”. But some of his most popular music is the string quartet music he wrote for the iOS game ”Edge of Twilight: Athyr Above”.

Later in his career he entered the vibrant advertising and production music scene, working for labels such as Non-Stop Music and Anti-Hero Music. His music has been heard in advertising for ABC’s ”Once Upon a Time in Wonderland” and the feature film ”Earth to Echo”.

Orchestral music in an adventurous and romantic Hollywood style is what makes his heart beat fast. Influences include Alexandre Desplat, John Williams, Thomas Bergersen, Elliot Goldenthal, Conrad Pope and Alan Silvestri.
