A very slow, downtempo ambient electro chill. Lo-fi elements are used for a slightly grainy and warm retro feel. Soft, jazzy trumpet licks used together with electronic synth bass and minimalistic, dry drums.

Michal Cymbalista graduated from Music School in guitar, and played keyboards in a rock band for a few years.
In 1996 he bought his first PC, spawning his interest in electronic music. He was member of the infamous "Demoscene" in Poland - an unofficial and underground group of like-minded people mixing music with street graphics. It was during his time with "Demoscene" where he became know as Hypnos. He's currently working as music for media producer. He also released several EPs under the nickname Hypnos.
