Music collection: Retro Video Game, Vol. 1
This product is 24-bit enabled.
Take a trip back to the days of Nintendo 64, Sega, Atari, Commodore-64, Amiga and 'chip tunes' with this collection of Retro Video Game style music!
This collection features 11 different tracks, all available in many different mixes, edits, cuts, lengths, loops, versions - to give you great options for using the music for different parts of your project. All in all there are 125 music files included.
This music cleverly combines the moods, sounds and feel of video game music from the 1980's and 1990's with subtle use of more modern instruments to give the tracks more depth and punch. Think back to the days of Super Mario, Arkanoid, Donkey Kong, Frogger, Super Pitfall, Beach Head, Street Fighter and other great games, with that funky chip music. Then add some new and updated, fat and funky drum beats and some live bass guitar.
That's where you'll be going with this collection. It's great for retro and novelty productions as well as new video games that are deliberately going for an old school sound.
The price of the music collection includes a license to use the music commercially and in public, as per our License.
Formats: The download is a 324 MB .zip file containing the audio tracks in true CD-quality MP3 files (320-kbps, 44.1 khz) and the additional seamless music loops in WAV files (16-bit, 44.1khz). The physical disc is a DVDROM for PC or Mac, containing all tracks and loops as uncompressed WAV files at both High Definition audio (24-bit, 48 khz), and regular CD-definition audio (16-bit, 44.1.khz) (Total ~2.6 GB).
