12 atmospheric, creepy, unsettling tracks for horror, mystery, and dark places.
This collection features 12 original compositions by renowned composer Pawel Blaszczak. Each track is available in a normal version, a "long looping version" in which the entire length of the track plays in a seamless loop, and several shorter loops. These are highly suitable for games and apps, as well as for film, TV, Audiobook and other media.
Said composer Pawel Blaszczak: "For this project I created a lot of sounds and atmospheres. Rather than using any prepared libraries in this production, all the sounds are from my private sound library, or made by editing synthesizers like Elektron Analog Four and Minimoog Subphatty. For piano sound editing, I used the Elektron Octatrack engine. The approach was more like in the movie industry, where composers usually want to create unique sounds custom made for the movie, not available in commercial sound libraries."
The result is a collection of unique soundscapes of horror and desolation. We're very happy to be able to bring them to you on this collection.
Remember that always with our CD collections, each track is also available to license individually, if you are only looking for one track. Just type the track title you are interested in into the "quick search" box on our site, and the track will come up in the search result.
The price of the music collection includes a license to use the music commercially and in public, as per our License.
Formats: The download is a 661 MB .zip file containing the 12 tracks in true CD-quality MP3 files (320-kbps, 44.1 khz) and all the looping versions as uncompressed WAV files at 16-bit, 44.1-khz. The physical disc is a DVD-ROM for PC or Mac, containing all tracks and loops in both High Definition audio (24-bit, 48-khz) and also in regular CD-definition (16-bit, 44.1-khz), uncompressed WAV files. (~2.8 GB).
Please note that the DVD-ROM is a disc for use in PC or Mac computers, with computer files on it. It is not an Audio-CD, and does not work in a stereo/hi-fi system, your car CD player etc. However, you can copy the WAV files to your hard drive, and then use those WAV files to burn an Audio-CD in your own CD/DVD-burner.
