This collection features 12 tracks that cleverly combine the moods, sounds and feel of video game music from the 1980's and 1990's with subtle use of more modern instruments to give the tracks more depth and punch. Think back to the days of 80's synth-pop bands like Human League and then add a dash of videogame music like that from Metroid Prime, Turrican and more.
That's where you'll be going with this collection. It's great for retro and novelty productions as well as new video games that are deliberately going for an old school 1980's or 1990's sound. Not necessarily limited to videogames, but also in general the electronic / synth pop music of the 80's and 90's.
