Music collection: Pulp & Surf Rock, Vol. 2
This product is 24-bit enabled.
Pulp & Surf Rock: The music on these collections are slightly Retro sounding, using elements of rock, latin, and other styles to create a certain Retro chic.
Often inspired by 1960's or 1970's rock, this music is recently made a strong revival, thanks in no small part to Quentin Tarantino, whose films have often featured music of this kind.
You'll hear a lot of twangy guitars, often with lightning fast picking or a lot of tremolo, sometimes with a certain amount of hellish 'doom', and sometimes also with a Latin/Mexican twang. Carlos Santana is also an influence here. The term "Surf Rock" goes back to the music of the Beach Boys and Southern Californian rock music favored by the surfers at the time.
All tracks are available in many different cuts, edits and versions; including seamless loops and Stingers (very short versions, for transitions, splash-screens, in/out of commercial break, etc)
The price of the music collection includes a license to use the music commercially and in public, as per our License.
Formats: The download is a 255 MB .zip file containing 76 audio tracks (from 10 different compositions) in true CD-quality MP3 files (320-kbps, 44.1 khz) and 31 music loops in 44.1 khz, 16-bit WAV files. The physical disc is a DVD-ROM for PC or Mac, containing all the tracks and loops uncompressed WAV files, at both 24-bit/48-khz (High Definition) and at 16-bit/44.1-khz (CD quality). Total ~2.2 GB.
