To use our music in a Theatrical Release (commercially released film or
theatre production, general public viewing where a fee is collected), you
need a special Theatrical Release license at US$ 299.95 per music track. A special
Theatrical License will be made out to you, and will include the name of your
production.
When is a presentation a"commercially released film or theatre production,
general public viewing where a fee is collected"? Well, basically,
if any person in the street can buy a ticket to come and see your show, then
you need a Theatrical Release license.
Film Festivals: If you are pitching your film at a film festival, you don't
need a Theatrical License for this, the Standard License is enough. Should your
film be picked up for distribution, you will need to come back and purchase
the Theatrical Release license at that time.
We also require Cue Sheets to be filled in when
our music is used in a Theatrical Release or Film Festival.

the number of tracks you want to use. For example, to use 2 of our music tracks,
add 2 Theatrical Licenses to your cart, for a total cost of US$ 299.95 * 2 =
