From the swamps of the midwest USA, to the Amazon jungle, beaches of New Zealand, forests of Norway and rice fields of Malaysia, this amazing collection of nature & weather sound recordings contain no less than 2.04 GB of CD-quality sound data, a total of 182 professional WAV files, and a total of 3 hours 28 minutes of natural outdoor sound recordings!
All sounds were recorded and developed by award winning sound designers Ric Viers (Desperate Housewives, Law and Order, Lost, Super Troopers, Ugly Betty, Heroes +++) and Bjorn Lynne (Worms, Vampire Sisters, Gnaw, The Oracle +++), plus our team of on-location sound recordists in South America, Cyprus, Malaysia, Sweden and other places.
Thunderstorms, Ice cold winds, Light park ambiences, Cricket song, Ocean waves, Birds and forests, are just some of the categories of sounds represented in this amazing sound effect collection.

Formats: The download is a single .zip file (1.7 GB) containing 182 WAV files (16-bit, 44.1 khz) in 6 separate directories, each with an Excel-sheet detailing the sounds with descriptions and keywords etc. The physical disc is a DVROM for PC or Mac containing the 182 WAV files plus Excel sheets, totalling 2.04 GB of data, delivered in a DVD-Case style package with artwork.
Please Note: This is an extremely large download - almost 2 GB in a single, huge .zip file! You need a very stable and reliable internet connection to download it. Unless you are very, very confident of the quality and stability of your internet line, you may want to opt for the "delivery on CD" which is an option that will be offered to you during checkout, for $10 extra to cover media, shipping & handling.
