The price of the CD includes a license to use the music commercially and in public, as per our License.
Formats: The download is a 190 MB .zip file containing the 14 Christmas tracks as MP3 files in true CD-quality (192 kbps, 44.1 khz), and the 33 Christmas loops in WAV format (44.1 khz). The physical CD is a standard Audio-CD at 44.1 khz with 14 tracks, plus a bonus CDROM section containing the 33 Christmas loops as 44.1 khz WAV files. (The CD-Audio tracks are made from the original master WAV recordings, not from MP3 files.)
