Ordering music tracks for download |

Start from the music genres menu on the right, or use the search function,
to find your music tracks or sound effects. When you find the product(s)
you want to buy, click "add to cart". |

Once you're done, go to "Checkout". Choose between our three
different payment partners: 2checkout (all major credit
cards), WorldPay (all major credit cards), or PayPal
(PayPal funds or credit cards). Only the payment company gets to see your
credit card details. We here at Shockwave-Sound never get to see any credit
card numbers. We also have no control over which cards get accepted or rejected
by the payment company. |

After you have paid, click "Return to Merchant"
and then click "Proceed to Product Download Page".
You are then taken directly to a page where you can download your products
as well as your official Invoice and Music License Certificate. |

Additionally, an email is automatically sent out to the email address
that you put on the order form. This email is sent out instantly upon order
completion, but depending on network traffic etc. it may take up to a few
minutes to arrive. The email has the subject: "Your Shockwave-Sound.Com
order is ready", and it contains a link to your product download
page -- you can use that link to go back to your product download page any
time you want. |

Can't find how/where to download your order? If you
missed both the direct link to the download page, and
you can't find the email that we sent to you with the download link, then
you can use the Retrieve Order page
to locate your download link.
