This is one of our favorite compositions ever, is sometimes referred to as ´the most ferocious piece of music in existence´, and is definitely one of the most frequently used pieces of classical music in contemporary culture. For example, this piece was used throughout the movie trailer for X2: X-Men United. It was also used by Carl Sagan´s ´Cosmos´, has been used in rock arrangements by both King Crimson and Led Zeppelin, and in many other settings throughout modern history and culture.
